Returning Unauthenticated Visitor

Once an unauthenticated visitor returns to a website with an illow banner, two different scenarios might be presented:

  1. Visitor did not interact with the banner on the previous visit.
  2. Visitor did interact with the banner on the previous visit.

Scenario 1 basically treats the user as if it was a new person. On the other hand, Scenario 2 shows the user the consent icon (or link) where he/she can click to resurface the UI and modify the choices done.

Once again, the consent is updated locally and at illow's server, always anonymized.
